3. A minimum of 50 eligible photos must be submitted per upload in order for us to gift you points and create a specific gallery album with your hug photos. We will still post your photos if you don’t upload a minimum of 50, but right now we can’t grant you points for less photos because there is a lot of labor involved in maintaining Seed accounts. At the moment, it is all manually done until we are able to automate the process.
4. You may submit multiple photos for each unique hug (in fact, we recommend it), but only one photo per hug will be eligible for points.
5. Receive extra points if at least 18 of your photos have a second hugger involved, preferably your photographer. This means you’ll have to take turns behind the camera. See points for details. If you both would like to upload photos and receive points from the same event, you’ll need to work this out between yourselves.
6. You grant us shared rights to the photos that you submit, and give us permission to share all photos that you have uploaded in photo galleries as well as highlighted in different areas throughout Spread the Hug website, social media pages and various video productions. As always, we will delete a published photo upon request.
